Herbert Roeser - ChairmanHerbert is the founder and owner of Trans Marine Propulsion Systems, Inc. (TMPS). Born in Denmark, Herbert obtained his degree at World Maritime University in Sweden and spent his formative years as chief engineer sailing for Sanko Lines. Before founding TMPS in 1984, Herbert worked for Todd Pacific Yard in Seattle, Washington. Herbert is an expert in his field and as such he has often conducted training for ship owners and given advise for dispute resolutions.
Shane Roeser - Vice PresidentShane has been with TMPS for over a decade. As Vice President he oversees the entire administration of the company. These areas include the company's financial departments as well as the human resource department. Shane is in charge of ensuring effective financial and budgetary control of the company. His strong background is an important asset in the strategic plan for increased earnings.
