Emergency Repairs at Port of Longview
The vessel Maratha Providence came into Port of Longview complaining of excessive lube oil consumption on their Daihatsu DL20 generators and the inability to bring the engines up to the required load. Two hours later, (1) TMPS service engineer arrived at the vessel and diagnosed the issues. The next day our work shop began the reconditioning of the key components of the engines to quickly get the vessel operational to continue her voyage.
