Thomas Murray
Tom earned a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from the State University of New York Maritime College. Following graduation, he sailed as an Engineering Officer aboard various US Flag commercial vessels, ultimately raising his U.S. Coast Guard License to Chief Engineer unlimited horsepower. Tom came ashore in 1994 and spent several years as a Port Engineer across different industry sectors.
In the last 15 years, Tom held senior executive positions, including Chief Technical Officer at a chemical tanker company and VP of Technical Operations at a major cruise line. Tom recently joined Transmarine Propulsion as CEO with a goal to grow the core business as well as expanding into new arenas including marine engineering and technical project management.
Long Trinh
Long Trinh began working with TMPS in 1988, and quickly demonstrated his technical mastery in both the service field and workshop. He has been factory trained and certified on multiple engine types and applied his skills and experience to become one of the most highly sought after service providers in this industry.
He now holds a unique position within the management team at TMPS – his comprehensive knowledge and expertise within the maritime industry places him as our lead Technical Expert, and his leadership and vision have placed him as our President.
Randy Costales
Randy is a Mechanical Engineer by profession. He started his career as an engineer in the Operation and Maintenance of Diesel Power and Desalination Plants, working in the Philippines and the Middle East. He joined a Diesel Engine Maker / OEM, taking a lead role as a Service Engineer and eventually was promoted to Superintendent Engineer.
Randy also became a Repair Manager in Singapore with a leading marine engineering company specializing in the repair and service of medium and slow speed diesel engines of various engine makes. Randy joined Transmarine in 2022 as the Technical Manager and brings his considerable knowledge and experience to benefit all areas of the company; including Field Services, Work Shop Services, and the Spare Parts Department.
Angela Tennant
Angela began her career in accounting as an external auditor for the CPA Firm Cross, Fernandez & Riley in 2008, where she performed audits for various companies involved in manufacturing, time-shares, and transportation. She joined TMPS in 2010 while simultaneously completing her Masters in Accounting at University of Tampa. Angela spent her first years with Trans Marine revolutionizing our accounting department, eventually taking over HR and Insurance and Compliance responsibilities.
In 2017 Angela was promoted to CFO and now oversees all financial aspects of our business operations.
Lyndsey Davidson
Lyndsey joined TMPS as the Office Manager with a BA in Liberal Arts from Hobart & William Smith Colleges when the company opened the facility in Tampa, FL in 2007.
After leading the business from the ground up, Lyndsey developed an internal travel program and Spare Parts Department. She eventually moved into an operations role in addition to managing the office. In 2017 she was promoted to COO and now oversees all aspects of operations within the company.
